Hythe Community Orchard WASSAIL
WASSAIL - 7 FEB 3.30pm Wassailing an orchard is an old ceremony, still continuing today - particularly in areas where cider apples are grown - to bless the trees for future fruitfulness and to protect them from evil spirits that might harm them. We have our own Community Orchard on Eaton Lands, and will hold our Wassail on Saturday 7th Feb at 3.30pm. There will be music and a ceremony and you can join us! Bring pots and pans to make lots of noise! Meet at 3.30pm on the north
