Christmas Gathering 2025

The Hythe Local History Group decided not to hold a meeting this month(Dec) but instead to have a Christmas gathering at the White Hart Pub on Hythe High Street. This event took place on Wednesday, December 10th, at 7 PM.

 Alethea, being very organised, researched suitable pubs and concluded that the White Hart was the best choice, comfortable, and centrally located for everyone. Thankfully, Alethea made the reservation, and the landlord provided us with a spacious area where we could rearrange tables and chairs to allow everyone to chat comfortably.

The evening turned out to be very enjoyable. Iris regretted not taking pictures of everyone, but when the bell rang for last orders, those who were still there had their picture taken outside. Those who could not attend were certainly missed.
