Bus shelters in Red Lion Square

Having heard that SDC planned to replace the old bus shelters with modern, steel and glass versions, the Society lobbied SDC to allow wooden ones instead which, it was felt, were more in keeping with the area.

Funding was forthcoming and the two attractive wooden shelters were installed in this important, highly visible location in Hythe.
